Great sales people. Patient and reasonable to work with. I've also been going here for service. Consistently perfect. Free car wash too when you replace car oils.

This review is about service. When anyone tells me I will call you back before end of day, then 3 working days go by with nothing...just proves to me people don't care enough. Sad and unfortunate, because dude was nice enough and I love their sales department. Time to get service elsewhere.

Do not let them detail your car! They use a buffing machine with a heavy hand. Headlights were suppose to be cleaned so they would be clear. Had to have them do it again and still have to take the car back for another cleaning. Did not do a good job.

Uninterested to sell us a car. Approached us as we were walking. Lowballed us on trade in by $2,000, when we informed them pacific Honda offered $2,000 more...handed us a 'poor rating' kbb printout for a 2yr car 13,000 miles lol
