Very nice and clean

I stay at this hotel about 4 weeks a year. Every time, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well kept and the building is in good repair. Of the two name brand hotels in Downey, CA, this is my preferred hotel.

I chose this location because I liked that it was completly remodeled. No one believed me when I said I was at the days in. Only think I was upset about was when i had to pay. The check in person assumed I knew about the $100 deposit that was going to stay with them for 5-10 business days. Also...

My family and I stayed here and liked it vary much. Being from out of town having shopping and dining near by made it even better and real convenient. Staff was great rooms were clean. Internet/wi-fi needs improvement. Otherwise good stay

The staff was so nice, we obviously didn't know what to do around the city and the lady who checked us in was so nice enough to tell us great hotspots nearby and what times to take the highway to LA.
