We stay here when we go to the SF Ballet. It is walking distance, free parking and it's a comfortable, no nonsense place to stay for a good price.

This is an affordable, generic motel in a very convenient location close to the civic center and Opera House. There are restaurants and shopping also easily within walking distance. The motel is nothing special, but was clean and comfortable. Can't say much for the "continental breakfast" -- packaged pastries with coffee and frozen OJ, but other than that I had no complaints.
