Followed the instructions to call the shuttle after picking up my luggage. Then waited an hour. We stayed there one night before getting on our cruise. Shuttle service was reallly great- picked us up where they said they would in about a half hour. The hotel is approx. 15 min. from airport. The driver was very concerned that he had everyone who had called in.
