This place not only let us park for a week while on a cruise for a nominal fee (cheaper than Cruise parking) they gave us breakfast and great hospitality. every cruise I'm coming here!! Noisey car wash but only during business hours

First night in, apparently they "lost" our booking, wanted to charge us again and more for updated prices. Never have the stuff filled, no clean towels, no emptying garbages, no refilled cups and sugar for our coffee's. Our key to the room keeps "deactivating" What a pain in the butt!

First impression- not impressed, didn't feel safe area.The following morning, loo blocked and nearly deposited all it's contents over the floor!! Bath also not emptying!! I was worried when I first pulled into the hotel - the area is pretty rough and the buildings are an unattractive dull tan colour. Fortunately, the staff are wonderful and the room was recently revamped, clean and comfortable. I had a ground floor room which was wheelchair accessible, so reasonably spacious with a big walk-in shower. Fast and free...

The place was just ordinary for the price. The room was noisy as it was right next to the PC highway and the bathroom was cramped. How they can claim to be 2013 Long Beach motel of the year is beyond me. I'd stay there again only in a pinch.
