Was comfortable and clean. Front desk personnel were not available on two trips to the front desk in a matter of 30 minutes or so. Remote to TV did not work after a while and so I was changed to another room.

Could have been better, the rooms were clean but the person who checked us in did not seem to friendly. The breakfast was garbage, worst breakfast I had ever experienced at any hotel and the staff that were preparing the breakfast did not look clean.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Last year I would have given it a 5. This year was awful. The room smelled like an outhouse. There was a dried up coffee filter inside the coffee maker. The tile floor in the bathroom looked like someone took a sledgehammer to it, I had to put towels down so my kids wouldn't...
