Booked a room but couldn't make to the hotel. We were not refunded any $$$ even though the hotel was not booked solid! The room was not used so no cleaning was required. Bad policy to have and greedy hosts. We will never stay at any of these or sister hotels of Wyndham properties in the future. Better at Hampton...

We checked in and felt bad for the front desk associate because the phone was ringing off the wall and there were 3 people in line. He was all by himself. He kept a smile on his face and really tried hard to give his full attention to each person he was assisting.
