Young high school age persons sell magazines and children's books as part of local fund-raiser for a sports team. I was told it would take 6 weeks to receive delivery and given the name of her 'coach' as a contact. The team is fictitious, her 'coach' is fictitious and I've never received the books.

I am writing this ripoff report to inform anyone who buys magazines from Circulation II Inc. that it is a scam. I was told I could get my money back if I canceled it the day after I paid for my subscriptions. The internet site that they provided was a fake.
