Kris is Great

She is a expert at relieving foot pain
I had Hammer Toe surgery about 5 years ago ' my feet were in a lot pain until I started Kris every 2 weeks ( then once a week )

I am a Ballroom Dancer, there my feet must be happy

You hurting? This woman knows what she's doing....my shoulders are an absolute mess do to surgeries....Aim 9s beat me up......doc won't operate anymore.... With Kris's careing and knowledge I'm able to not only get by at work but sleep pain free as well....anyone with a shoulder problem knows exactly what I'm talking about....thank you Ms. Frost..

I went for my first prenatal massage today, and it was fantastic. Kris focused on the areas I needed massaged the most, but very careful in how much pressure to apply. She explained the process before starting, and made the experience very relaxing.
