I hired Ms. Davis in September of 2008. She did not get a court date for me until Jan 2009. She was not prepared, did not return phone calls. After our appearance in court in Jan., I could not get her to return my phone calls. I threatened to report her to the bar and she finally got me another court date, in COTOBER 2009! Joan Davis is a very outstanding attorney! I had a legal problem a little while back and she took me in and helped me take care of it. She is very professional and genuinely cares about your case. When we finally went to court she stood up and put the other attorney in his place and won! Her fee's she charged me were very very reasonable!
