The Engraving work is top notch. I tried other award shops and they were unable to accommodate the custom engraving i needed done. The owner was very friendly and professional

Nice staff, poor jewelry repair, quote was much lower than charged price

Their examples of engraving are lovely. I used them for jewelry repair-- I would not recommend it. They contract out the jewelry work, and the work was less than satisfactory. I had a ring re-sized and a stone re-set in another ring. I rush-ordered it (paying extra) to be done within a week, and it still was not done on time. The re-sized ring was over-heated, turning the white gold yellow,...
