Wonderful experience
I had a noon appointment on a Sunday, and the woman who made my appt told me that my consultant may also be working with other brides as Sundays are a bit busy. Danielle was my consultant - and she was awesome! I had a great time with my girlfriends and my mom. She involved everyone, wasn't pushy and gave really great advice.
I think people are walking in there expecting to be waited on hand...
IT'S A MADHOUSE
We went on a Saturday afternoon...BAD IDEA. They schedule 3 customers to a consultant, it's awful. They girl I had was very nice and helpful but I spent alot of time standing around waiting for her to get back to me. They shove everyone on one side of the store so there is 4 consultants with 12 brides and their bridemaids/ mothers/ and everyones entourage. I ordered my dress and they said they...
