My experience was not pleasant at all. The consultant was constantly trying to sell to me. She was very pushy and would not stop talking about their credit card as well as the other things I should buy. I felt very rushed the whole time like she didn't have time to spend with me, even though I had made an appointment. Note to Davids: If your product is good and your customer service polite...

Never go to David's Bridal. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding coming up in October. The dress was sewn incorrectly when I got it. Had to drive over an hour to take it back so they could get me a new one. Had the new one shipped to me and that was the same way. Took it back again and they said they would fix it. It's now better than it was...

My consultant, Danielle, was really pushy and rude. My mom was there helping me pick out dresses to try on. I was still not 100% sure on any dress, but Danielle said we should stop trying on dresses. She wouldn't let me try on half the ones that my mom and I wanted to try. They had my put on a pair of their shoes, which hurt my feet and gave me blisters by the end of the day.
