The office does not care about the patients or their urgent needs. I called to say I had a huge concern and needed to see the doctor. They said I had to wait 2 weeks. The day of, a major accident happened on the frwy...to be courteious, I called to alert them of my delay...they cancelled my appt immediately and stated I had to wait another 2 weeks!
