Help us make it rightI have been going to Dr. Zukoff for several years. He has my complete trust. He has done and/or overseen several procedures on me and told me exactly what to expect and what was happening. He, also, explained in plain English, the results of tests and findings. Yes, I highly recommend Dr. Zukoff to anybody who asks.
Do not go here!!!!! The staff and doctor have proven that they do not take the time to care of patients as well as extremely important paperwork. My mother's surgery was postponed because the doctor didn't fill out the paperwork correctly. Sloppy and lazy!!!!!!!
Spends time with you. Answers all questions. Asks a lot of questions. I feel very confident that I'm getting the best treatment and advice possible with Dr. Zukoff. I recommend him highly.
I had a scheduled appointment for 1:40, I arrived at 1:44. The staff was annoyed that I was 4 minutes late, never considering how many hours I have waited to see him. If the staff was upset by my being late and they wanted to make me uncomfortableI, I have no recourse, except to find a new doctor.
Dr. Zukoff is very thorough and listens to all concerns and answers all questions. My husband is a patient as well and last year he was having serious symptoms that were over looking my his primary care physician but Dr. Zukoff identified the need for further testing. As a result of his diligence, my husband medical problem was identified and he received appropriate treatment.
