The customer service is horrible!! I've been going to this practice for four years. Now, my office the St. Lucie west office is great, but since they change over to HCA, this practice has gone down hill. I call to make an appointment and the customer service rep Wilma hung up on me. I was a patient of dr Vazquez for over 19 years she is a very compassionate dr I only hope that she will open up a new practice some where on the treasure Coast so she can continue to care of the people who need her.
