David Appel's fur service includes, fur REMODELING, fur RESTYLING, and ALTERING your furs to fit your life style, including shearing and redesigning fur coats to reversible, practical, light weight easy to wear outerwear.

Some of our clients have kept their parents fur coats. By making them into sheared, MINK FUR THROWS and FUR BLANKETS, keeping the monograms on the lining to preserve the memory of a loved one, and cozy up with their favorite fur.

David Appel's operation provides all the services needed to help maintain fur garments. Including FUR STORAGE (which is on the premises) FUR CLEANING, FUR REPAIR, FUR REMODEL, FUR RESTYLE, RELINING, MONOGRAMMING and FUR APPRAISALS.

Dear David Appel Furs,
Why do you sell fur? Animals are raised in vile conditions, and mercilessly tortured and skinned while they are still alive, these Animals are no different than the dogs and cats that we share our homes with. Any business that supports Animal Cruelty, is a business that I will not support.

I've never been to the store in person, but I've purchased a vintage fox fur coat from them through eBay. Phenomenal service, and the coat was superb at a very reasonable price for the incredible quality. I'd love to one day purchase one of David's signature designs!

David is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable! He has a great eye... Most definitely! He is a third generation furrier if I remember correctly.I brought in a gifted coat, he put me in front of the mirror and pinned up the coat to fit me better. I was thinking I should just make a blanket but David saw much …

This place is great! I got a fur coat at a vintage shop and needed to get it cleaned. David identified the specific animal easily because I did not know and was very hospitable to me. I got the coat back clean and most of the vintage smell was removed. I was satisfied. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is …
