Dave is a busy contractor but too busy to do an exceptional install on my replacement windows. Dave's bid was competitive with the other bids I obtained. His work was superior in quality based on the 3rd party opinions I have received from other contractors I've hired to do additional work on my stucco after my new windows were installed. I used Dave to have the old windows in my stucco house torn out, reflashed, and new high efficiency windows installed. Dave's bid was highly competitive with the 5 other bids I got. I did not pick him based on price alone though. Dave has been in business for longer than my house has been standing. Concrete siding and paint

I used Dave to install the concrete siding complete with paint on my home over the original cedar siding. Dave and his crew were great to work with and the additions we asked for over and above the bid price were priced reasonable. The finished project looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Dave for a future project or recommend him to a friend.

I decided on having Dave's Custom Siding remodel my home with siding, windows, doors, rain gutters and stone. The work by Kevin is exceptional on the siding. The remodeling is still in the works, but I'm very pleased so far.
