They charge too much for eveyrthing. They claim to have a low labor rate but they charge you for every possible thing. You end up paying a lot more than its worth. They are also very rude and non cooperative.

Stopped in on Saturday Morning before hurricane Irene was coming . They found time to replace my 2 front tires and do a front end wheel alignment on my Company truck.. Also had a free breakfast while I waited. The guys were all great and so was the service. Plus when I asked if they had time to do a quick oil change before noon ,they said not a problem.
