It took me a long time to find someone who would investigate a leak at our chimney because ours is a slate roof and they can be delicate. Dave was willing to take a look first thing in the week and I mentioned that if he had what he needed on the truck, I'd likely have him do the repairs after a verbal estimate. || With a special ladder that protected our roof, Dave found and solved the problem, removed an old TV antenna and capped the unused chimney to protect from water and animals. ||
