An easy-to-get-lost-in shop of eclectic clothing (with an emphasis on natural fibers), jewelry, body products, incense and handmade candles, things with fairies on them and other creative miscellany, with a focus on fair trade and local artisans.
The name Dava comes from the Sanskrit word Deva (which was the store's original spelling), meaning "shining one". Coleen was inspired to choose this word as a name for the store after participating in a workshop with Dorothy Maclean.

Dava is my go-to place for gifts for others and myself, especially for fun jewelry. I found unique pieces to accent dresses and stuff appropriate for day-to-day wear. It's also a fun place to just look around; you're not going to find most of this stuff anywhere else.
