I was desperate for a plumber for my clogged toilet after my appointment was postponed until the next day by another plumbing company. I called Darrell s Plumbing and explained my situation and even though it was late in the day (too late for any of the other 6 plumbers I called to come out) he was at my place within 5 minutes. Not impressed. Missed scheduled appointment. I ended up doing almost all the work myself. He showed up for the last 20 percent but still charged as if he did all the work. Frankly, I will look for a more reliable and honest plumber here in IF.
