The Darkroom is the best lab in Los Angeles, except for maybe A & I in Hollywood. They still do all types of film processing and printing. The prices are fair, the service is good, and the turn-around is very fast. They carry a full line of Kodak, Ilford, and Fuji. For anything else, you better go to Freestyle Photo in Hollywood.

You can also mail in your order for printing.

I went in to buy a filter for a camera and ended up chatting with the knowledgable staff for a long time. I got to ask them about questions and concerns I had, and their advice really helped me. I haven't had much experience otherwise, but the filter was priced fairly, and the staff was so friendly that I will definitely be returning.

Professional staff that know their stuff! Place is well stocked - but prices are high they have alot of speciality items and the place is clean and well lit and people inside seem happy to be there

The Darkroom offers all types of photographic services with top quality/custom printing (they are the only people in town who edit/color correct your prints).
