Behold The Gothic, Eater Maine's 2013 Restaurant of the Year, looking like a snow globe model. While recent weather hasn't been enjoyable for those who dislike chipping ice off their car door handles or those who value having an unbruised derriere, it does make for some pretty photos. It's a winter wonderland out there. Got a lovely winter restaurant pic you want to share? Email it to...

I say go for seafood chowder, it tasted divine and they have good coffee. We just popped in for a quick bite.
Darby's offers dependable good food in a pleasantly rustic atmosphere. Zucchini sliders, yum! Crab melt, simple and perfect. Nice wines, too. Two days we brought big groups handled effectively with friendly service.
The servers are friendly, the food is great, the atmosphere amazing. With your significant other, friends, family, kids, or sitting at the bar having a cold microbrew or local cider on tap it is a great time. We recommend to all our friends and family!!
This is always a great stop for lunch. The menu has some original gems that separate it from normal boring pub menus. Great family choices too if you're traveling with picky teenaged kids.
We visited last night with our three girls. Our one year old is allergic dairy and wheat. When the waitress brought bread to the table she brought slices of cucumber so our little one would have something to munch on. We didn't even ask. Everyone loved the food. Great food and excellent service.!!
