I purchased a wonderful dog from Dan's Kennels who had the sweetest personality and temperament. I say had because at the age of 3 she was diagnosed with severe arthritis and hip dsyplasia and at 6 she developed lymphoma that was unresponsive to any treatment, and multiple treatments were attempted. We bought our 6 yr old pug from Dans. She has been great, wonderful dog. We recommended about 6 people, no problems at all.

I went to Dan's Kennel almost ten years ago. I got a Yorkshire Terrier female. The facility was clean and the owner seemed very knowledgeable about the breed. He even gave me protein gel to feed her because she was a little thing. I took her to the vet and she was very healthy. This year she will be ten years old! Do not buy a dog from here, it is just an upscale puppy mill. I bought a Golden Retriever puppy from here and he was diagnosed with severe hip displaysia at year old. When I went to pick him out they had at least 10 different breeds of puppies. This should have been my first clue, most good breeders only do 1 to 2 different breeds of dogs. The place was very clean but that just goes to show that looks can be deceiving.
