We bought 9 fans here. The one in our Master failed three times with screeching noise each time. The first two times they said it was our fault because moisture came in contact with the fan....

Dirty store, staff not interested in waiting on people but does have good parking and is easy to find.

As bad as it gets. We bought 5 fans from these guys. Big mistake. 4 of them had noise, mechanical clicking and vibration issues. We had to pay them in advance to come out and review the problems. When they came out, they did nothing, said nothing and left. In many years of dealing with service industry, these people have the worst customer service culture I have ever experienced.

This is definitely the place to come for ceiling fans. Respectful, competent employees and good products. Beats the Naples Lighting & Fan Depot by a mile. If you're thinking of going there, come here instead. You won't be disappointed.
