I like the fact that it is a dive. The food is pretty good for Tex Mex but nothing stands out as the best. however, the prices are right, the food is good and it now makes our Tex Mex rotation.
This place is downright ugly and nasty, your shoes stick to the floor and sometimes it smells bad, but the food is fantastic! Prices are good too.
This is authentic, don't come in expecting Tex-Mex. Salsa is served hot and large bowls. Menu selection is your normal fare and not overpriced at all. My mother and I make a regular trip here at least once a month. Refried beans are to die for. Don't miss it if your in the area.
This place is a gem. My son and his wife live in the area and weren't aware of Danal's until we took them. The service was great and the food is an excellent value. The place was uninviting, but depended in the rating as assessed by TA. Sometimes hole in the wall places have great food, so didn't want to let this affect my visit. So tried it out.

Giving Danal's 1 star is a stretch BUT, it wouldn't let me select anything less..... I was a long time patron of their restaurant until today. I had a $25 gift certificate from restaurants.com and, upon using the GC, I was told they would not accept it b/c I was using it before 4:00..HUH?!! I wasn't aware that GC had...
Not a so great atmosphere but the food was excellent and authentic in fair quantity. The place was crowded and the service was fairly fast.
