This place is a disappointment! I cant even begin to explain how the office staffs personality and actual work ethic are lacking. They lied about how much we were going to pay every month and its been increasing each month by 100 and they refuse to answer my question why, they gave us the wrong apartment number so I connected all my utilities to that apartment number and on the day of moving in...

These apartments are for the most part quiet with no trouble when it comes to neighbors. However, construction around here can be a loud pain at 8 am for those who like to sleep in. They are also pretty quick when it comes to responding for maintenance calls. Overall nice place to stay,especially since management changed this year (2015).

Nice, quiet community near Timbrglen Library and schools. Minutes away from The Shops at Willow Bend, President George Bush Turnpike and Tollway, and on the DART transportation way. I've been here for two years, and its a great place to start out by yourself or with family. Definitely recommended

It was easy to move in and everything was easy to pay online the parking is horrible office personal is really great the key to have all your money to move is make your move in date around the 15th of the month that way your rent will be prorated
