Dallastown Nursing Center was originally known as the Seitz Nursing home, started in 1953 by Edna Seitz. A new Dallastown Nursing Home Buit in 1956; the property purchased in 1991, and renovated in 1992. The original nursing home demolished to make way for the Victorian Villa constructed in 1995.
