My niece and nephew enjoy communing with the stingrays, sea turtles, sharks, and reef fish. Their favorite, though, is "Orinoco -- Secrets of the River," an immersion into the tropical rainforest of Venezuela, a cool area teeming with Peruvian squirrel... more

True, the Dallas World Aquarium is not a traditional aquarium, but that's what I love about it. It's unique. The National Aquarium in DC isn't as good as this one. Sundays seem to be a good weekend day to go - not as crowded.

I actually attended a company party here, and it was very well done. You enter at the top and twist through a tropical forest all the way to the bottom. We were met with drinks and a couple of different rooms to sit down to eat.

You are surrounded by aquariums of beautiful fish.

Food and staff were great.
