I'm a heavy user of the downtown Dallas library, and it is exceptional! The building is huge and filled with great works of art and historical documents like one of the original copies of the Declaration of Independence. The downtown public library is across the street from City Hall. It has several levels. I like the availability of sheet music on the 4th floor.

I also like browsing the 6th floor for local research. I found the building permits for my 1926 home-neat!

The scariest library in the world absolutely terrifying.Especially the restrooms since there are allot of mentally ill homeless. The books are also old as well as the facility.
