Excellent! I saw Dr. O'Connor at BID Needham. I am so grateful to her for the time she spent with my husband and me answering our questions in a thoughtful, optimistic, careful way. She is very aware of statistics and she is also very compassionate and kind. I have the utmost trust in her! And she has a great sense of humor in difficult circumstances.

If I could I would give this place zero stars.. Some of this is the downside to the " baby-friendly " initiative and hospitals desperately trying to receive this " label " so they can market...

The only hospital I trust with my loved ones with. People don't understand the process of an ER, If you're coming in for something your Primary could see you for.. if you're not going to die...

Worst ER in Massachusetts. I was told by every staff member I came across that my medical issue was insignificant. Why I sat for 3 hours and wasn't immediately discharged is beyond me.
