I lived at the Dakota Lofts, and I can say I enjoyed it. People is what can bring a Complex up or Down. My Neighbors were friendly, and considerate. Every Neighbor on the 3rd floor, or for that matter the

My Wife, and I Moved into the Dakota Lofts while she was going to UH, and she could walk to the University after work. I would pick her up at night. The Lofts worked out for us during that time
