I go here all the time. Ever since it got a new manager, the service has been fantastic. The food is hot and tastes good. The workers always seem friendly and happy to serve.

terrible drive through service, we had to wait almost 30 minutes and then an additonal 10 minutes at the window for our order we would have driven off but they have a one lane drive through with a barrier. Would not recommend, try another dairy queen in town.

The Worst Fast Food Experience EVER!!! I order a chocolater shake and it comes back the wrong size and its all liquiy and the second time I ask for the right size and a thicker one it comes back liquidy again! To make matters worse another customer complains that they have the crappiest service ever in Waco and I have to agree this Dairy Queen sucks!
