Terrible service! Manager Patsy very rude! Shorted us on our food, and her attitude was "Oh Well". They would not give me an itemized receipt. No food... No money back! No customer service! Will...

I find DQ to be a very enjoyable experience. The items are served fresh, in a timely manner & by courteous & efficient food servers. The products are tastey and of good quality. Service is quick & the facility is clean & accessible.
