Mr. Dailey came out to the house and diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly. He then went into the options on fixing it and what parts were required explaining thoroughly. While fixing our dryer he explained how the work was done in case it was required again in the future. He then gave tips on how to maintain other parts as well! Excellent service and experience!

Then went thru the process of showing me how to put the parts in if ever required again and how to check other things on the dryer to help maintain it. Very reasonable and a very pleasant experience! They were contacted to repair an appliance. They said they would be out at our house 3 days in a row and never showed up. I would never consider using this company again.
