Will not know for sure whether problem is totally fixed until we have a big storm, but they were outstanding because they checked out the situation carefully, took photos and explained in detail what they diagnosed the problem to be and how they would fix it. They really knew their stuff. Unlike most contractors I have dealt with, they were excellent communicators with me and with each other. I...
