Nicole is the very friendly manager, and my favorite mani/pedi person's name is pronounced "We". I'm not sure of the spelling.

She is excellent and I really enjoy the shellac manicure that lasts for three weeks for me. Arm, hand and leg massage are wonderfully relaxing and soothing.

If I would like the T.V. turned down, they usually accommodate me.

Surprised to read the comments already listed.
Have been going here for years and found they do a good job. I tried many others in the area and ended up going back here. Some of the women do not speak much English so that's why they may not "say one word" to you. Nicole speaks good Engish and usually answers the phone. Ask for her if you have problems communicating.

They have a very small selection of colors and they add thinner to the bottles when they are low. My polish has been on for a week and the tips are rubbing off (I have acrylics) and the color looks bumpy. My technician hardly said two words to me too. I won't be going back here anytime soon!
