My experience is similar to Phillips, I went up there with my mother in law to have my breaks worked on, a simple repair. He knew we were paying with a credit card. i took my truck in to this David Bowen guy for some minor repair to my brakes, because they were screeching. so he keeps it for over two weeks and then charges me $515 just to put on a new rotor, a couple new brake pads, and a couple of brake hoses. less than a week later, the brakes dont work AT ALL! and this truck is not even a daily driver. so i went to talk to him about it, and with a smirk...
