They are very gentle when doing nails - i get acrylic - and doesn't feel like an assembly line. They take their time - they are usually available and don't need an appt. Most of the staff do a great job. The place is clean too.

I rate it 4 stars because they made us wait, we had a 1:30 pm appointment and we didnt start till almost 2pm. Other than that they were friendly and did a great job, I will go back. I found the place???

Of all the nail salons in Watsonville this one is my favorite. I like getting pedicure fairly regularly, but after visiting here I don't have to go back for another month because my polish looks so???
