I am very dissatisfied with their response to audits. It has been impossible to reach them because the number is
disconnected and they don't even list a contact number at the website that gives a new business name.

Employees have put down some shady numbers and no one is taking responsibility for thier actions. I am being audited and all they had to say is the "IRS is trying to bring the black man down." No explaination of the illegal numbers put on my taxes or no explaination on what I can do.
