We went with the flat rate deal where you get 3 movers for 3 hours at $299. While it sounded like a great deal, these movers were not in any hurry to get our 2 bedroom apartment moved. I have pictures to prove that DC movers damaged furniture! Owner is fine until he receives your money and then magically is unable to answer phone calls! instead, a very nice lady that handles damages assist you with the process. I recommend this company. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I saw they had good and bad reviews on this site and I just wanted to advise anyone reading these reviews to cross reference this with the Better Business Burea report.
