I've had good experiences here in the past with the staff. However, today I encountered the "owner." At least, she said she was the owner, but she was more concerned with sweeping the floor than with dealing with a customer. Since I didn't want enough of a particular plant for her to justify ordering, she said I should be able to find it somewhere else. I think that I actually could find anything I want somewhere else, so I will. You could too. Apparently business here is so good that the owner would like to reduce the number of customers. I will do my small part to help her out. ...
