Late Fees

This company charges $100 if your rent is not paid by the 3rd of the month, RIPOFF!!!!  
The dumpsters are always overflowed and the Rats love it!!
Don't Expect anything to be fixed if it breaks...
Management staff is RUDE!!!

I just moved into this apartment complex and I was having similar issues with the management company as another complaint on ripoff.com and other sites that rate companies.  The leasing office at Lakeview Cove Apartments in North Lauderdale Fl is horrible!!!  They are very nice until you sign the lease and then they become very nasty!!!!
