Help us make it rightI would not recommend this company to anyone. I signed an original contract with Cyclone Aluminum back in December 2006 and as of today, June 24, 2009, I still do not have a screen enclosure. I am now in legal proceedings in order to get my deposit and start up cost back.
CYCLONE ALUMINUM - Angela Staples & James Wood took my deposit in June of 2006 for hurricane shutters... and tried to change the quote. They agreed to give me back my deposit... but has not. They have not returned over 50 voice and email messages. They have admitted to me they are in financial trouble. Terrible company!
In July of 2006, I signed a contract to have Cyclone Aluminum, Inc. install hurricane shutters on my home. The person giving the estimate was James Wood and the contact person in charge at Cyclone was Angela Staples. They, at the time of the estimate, they claimed to be fully licensed and insured. They both claimed to have done numerous jobs in the county of Broward. They showed me testimonials...
