I had a good service experience and would love to shop there for a new bike, but since I work days they are effectively only open on Saturday.

These guys repaired an expensive derailler on my mountain bike. Price was good and it was finished quickly. Ill be goin here when something else breaks for sure.

I visited Cycles Etc. twice recently and both times my experience was outstanding, each time for different reasons. The first time I brought them three bikes for tune-ups and they immediately helped me out and had them back in great working order within days.

The second time I needed a simple item and they helped me find it quickly and get on my way... with courtesy, professionalism, and good natured attitudes.

Went in to have these guys piece together a commuter bike from a stash of old parts I had from other bikes. They were fantastic. They helped me piece together the best riding bike for the least amount of money and turned it around in under a week. In all areas where I was looking for recommendations (best tires to use for commuting and possible trail detours) or technical expertise (best gear ratio) they helped me to make the best choices and I couldn't be happier.
