Didnt realize they now charge for bags. This is outrageous. I've never been to a target whether it be city or county and had to pay for bags. Especially after spending $100. And had to hunt down...

If you going to this Target for A Target experience, you are in for a ride cause this is Walmart in disguise . The lines are often long, empty shelves and the store is dirty it's always random...
