Why have a money gram location if you don't offer receive. Came in to receive money from family and they only let you send money. What's the point then!?

Here is a thought. Hire a pharmacist who can speak a language. Any language will do. You probably want someone who distributes dangerous prescription drugs to have basic communication skills.
