Stay away from this CVS location when filling prescriptions. They have on-going problems locating your prescriptions and place all the burden on you to resolve discrepancies. They do not hire competent staff and your frustration is…

CVS Pharmacy in Plainsboro is an awful place to fill prescriptions

The pharmacy cannot find prescriptions that have been sent to them. They are staffed by incompetent and unhelpful individuals that could care less about your business. If your insurance forces you to use CVS at least try a different CVS location or mail order if its available to you.

CVS is conveniently located and that's it. The staff in Plainsboro in the pharmacy is about as rude as it gets. Go to Wegmans if you want service, or even Superfresh; skip CVS.
