I lived at Cutters Grove for about 18 months and it has it's ups and downs.

Pros: The buildings are amazingly quiet. I only ever heard my neighbors a couple of times. I never felt like I had to try to be overly quiet or anything. Free heat made it nice in the winter as it stays around 75 all the way up. The park and walking trail are very nice as well. maintenance requests are handled...
